Our on property pool, jacuzzi, and suana are available daily for complimentary use by those staying on property. Forgot your towels? Not to worry as we have you covered for the pool (and the beach too!)

Sports Anyone?

Our on property tennis courts and basket ball hoops are available daily for your enjoyment. Bring your own rackets to keep your skills tight on vacation, or use ours and give tennis a try for a fun workout. There are also fishing charters, Montauk Downs Golf Course, bike and kayak rentals, SoulCyle, playgrounds, and mini-golf near by.

Head to Gosman’s Dock to pick up some fresh seafood and enjoy a sunset meal on our private deck, or on our community beach dining tables. Don’t feel like cooking? Enjoy some of Montauk’s finest outdoor dining at Navy Beach Restaurant and Duryea’s Lobster Deck just steps away from our property.
